Interruption interrupted

I keep getting pulled of the piece of work that I was pulled off of another piece of work to do. I'm so confused I don’t know whether to scratch my watch or wind my arse. I think I might just pull myself off.

I wanna be like you oo oo ooo oooo

My strange friend Andrew is rather simian in his looks and behaviour. Here's a study for him to take part in.

Multi balti vindaloo

Went out with some colleagues (Bilal, Pav, Dave and Mike, an eclectic mix of muslims, sikhs, northerners and soft southern shandy drinkers) last night for a whistle stop tour of the fleshpots of West London. A beer in Hersham (Dave sang on the backing track of "Hersham Boys" by Sham 69 apparently). Another beer in Feltham then off to Southall for yet another beer in a Sikh pub, Glassy Junction, before tucking in to a fantastic "proper" curry in the Lahore Karahi. Many thanks to Bilal for arranging it and for his authentic Indian driving.

Work ettiquette

If you're going to loudly slag off, to all and sundry, a change that I made to your program, you need to make sure that your facts are correct. You need to be certain that the bug you are grandstanding about isn't caused by your own obvious lack of understanding of the schoolperson basics and a total absence of any kind of unit testing in your part. Otherwise; a very angry neveratosser will drop you in the shit.

Any questions?

Cinema ettiquette

Now, a question for all you regular cinema goers. When you buy your ticket, it has a seat number printed on it. Why don't you go sit in that seat instead of the ones with the numbers from my tickets?

We can have lots of good fun that is funny

We took Sam to the cinema yesterday afternoon to see The Cat in the Hat. We've never taken him before: he's never actually sat still for more than ten minutes at a time. He was wide eyed from the second we arrived at the cinema, he sat transfixed throughout the whole movie, he ate popcorn and chocolate, he had a great time. I don't do movie reviews but …for an afternoon out with a three year old boy I thought that The Cat in the Hat was a good choice.
