First Sickie

Sam's first day at school today has had to be postponed due to a rather nasty eye infection. The poor little mite looks like he just did ten rounds with a boxing kangaroo. Anyone got any idea how to get ointment into the eye of a very strong willed, very reluctant four and a half year old? I reckon that we should just leave the tube laying around and tell him NOT to get any in his eye.
