I overheard one of our customer service call centre people asking a client if he or she would be willing to complete a customer satisfaction survey. He explained to the customer that there was no obligation to do so but if they did then the company would give some money to charity.

Does, "Fuck off you manipulative corporate twats – I'm closing my account!" sound a little unchiridable?
